There are times where consumers need additional documentation to be approve in a health insurance and their applications stay in a pending, time where processing time is longer than usual. It is here where the Capture System Application comes to important roll, every time there is and updated or changes in a consumer health insurance application, the associate who did the application will receive a push notification in his/her phone announcing the change. The Associate can tap the notification and it will take him/her to the account and see exactly what was the change and what action needs to be take it.
