In the health market everything matters specially time and when consumers come asking for help to enroll in a health insurance plan Covenant Medical Associates want to enroll them in the right health insurance and get coverage as soon as possible. There are times where consumers need additional documentation to be approve in a health insurance and their applications stay in a pending, time where processing time is longer than usual. It is here where the Capture System Application comes to important roll, every time there is and updated or changes in a consumer health insurance application, the associate who did the application will receive a push notification in his/her phone announcing the change. The Associate can tap the notification and it will take him/her to the account and see exactly what was the change and what action needs to be take it.
